Katie is a registered nurse with a Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare including clinical nursing, nursing education, nursing administration, and revenue cycle. She managed multiple clinical units at several large urban medical centers.
Her expertise includes managing various types of audits from development of audit criteria utilizing CMS requirements to reporting of results with recommendations for improved charge practices to clients. She has experience in pre and post EMR implementation audits, charge audits and compliance audits including dialysis center and rehabilitation.
Terese VanHout (RN, CMAS, CPC-A)
Charge Auditor
Terese is a registered nurse with inpatient and outpatient clinical experience. She has more than 30 years of experience within healthcare. She has led rehab audit project for large healthcare system, assisting it in optimizing compliance, and protection against non-compliance.
