LONG BEACH, Calif. (February 27, 2026) – Managed Resources, Inc. announces the appointment of Sidonie McDaniel as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations & Client Success.
In this role, Sidonie will lead the company’s Revenue Cycle Service delivery and Client Success teams, overseeing medical coding, coding audits, clinical appeals, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), and charge audit services. Reporting to Managing Partner, Kelly Yeargin, she will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and enhanced client performance.
Sidonie brings more than 25 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Meduit, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of multi-site operational teams. Her role included strategizing growth in technology and development of new solutions. Sidonie worked closely with sales to assist in closing new business and/or growth with existing key clients.

Previously, she was Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations and supporting services at MediRevv (now R1), leading centralized business offices and expanding business solutions, implementing best practice workflows, and applying technology solutions.
Her provider-side leadership includes senior roles at The Polyclinic, and Seattle Primary Physicians in Washington State, where she directed teams in the central business offices and led Lean performance initiatives.
These roles also included engaging with Physicians and Board Members to relay performance results.
Sidonie also worked with many of the Providence Health & Services facilities for many years, where she supported multi-state Epic implementations and standardized revenue cycle operations.
